The UCF 320 contains a UC320 insert bearing that can be mounted directly onto the shaft and secured with two set screws. Its four-bolt square flange housing can be easily attached to vertical or horizontal mounting surfaces, machine frames, and other supporting structures.
The extended inner ring and two set screws securely lock the insert bearing onto the shaft. Meanwhile, the rigid four-bolt housing provides stable support, helping the shaft and bearing operate smoothly.
The spherical outer surface of the insert bearing fits into the matching spherical bore of the housing. This design allows the UCF 320 to accommodate a limited amount of initial misalignment during installation.
The UCF 320 has a robust UC320 insert bearing, a rigid cast-iron housing, and relatively high radial load ratings. These features make it suitable for large shafts and many heavy-duty industrial applications.

The main difference between UCF320 and UCF320-64 is the bore diameter. UCF320-64 has a 4-inch bore, equivalent to 101.6 mm, while UCF320 has a 100 mm bore. Therefore, they cannot be installed on the same shaft without changing the shaft size or using an appropriate solution.
