Frequently Asked Questions

General Questions

Q1. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

We are a professional bearing manufacturer, not a trading company or middleman. We operate our own production facilities in Jiangsu and Shandong, China, which allows us to control quality, delivery time, and cost. From raw material selection to machining, heat treatment, assembly, and inspection, all key processes are managed in-house.

At the moment, we do not offer retail sales or very small-quantity orders (e.g., 1–2 pieces). As a manufacturer, we mainly focus on OEM/ODM production, wholesale supply, and bulk orders for distributors, industrial customers, and equipment manufacturers. If you are unsure about the required quantity, please contact us—our team will be happy to advise you.

Yes. We provide full OEM service for customers worldwide. We can support custom branding and packaging, including:

  • Customer logo marking (laser / printing)
  • Customized packaging design (box, carton, labels)
  • Product labeling and barcodes
  • Etc

You can contact us directly and send your requirements. Our sales and engineering teams will respond quickly with a professional solution.

FAQS for Bearings

Q1. How do I choose the right bearing for my application?

To choose the right bearing for your application, consider factors such as load direction (radial, axial, or combined), load magnitude and shock, operating speed (low, medium, or high), alignment conditions (shaft deflection and housing errors), environmental conditions (dust, water, or high temperature), and required service life. If you’re unsure which bearing to select, please contact us for assistance.

Bearing clearance refers to the amount of free movement between the inner ring and outer ring of a bearing. It mainly includes two types: radial clearance and axial clearance. Bearing clearance is important because it directly affects operating temperature, friction, noise, vibration, running accuracy, and overall service life.

Bearing preload refers to applying a certain axial force during bearing installation to create slight elastic deformation inside the bearing. This helps reduce or eliminate clearance, lower noise and vibration, improve rotational accuracy, and make the shaft more stable and precise.

Single-row bearings have only one row of rolling elements between the inner and outer rings, while double-row bearings contain two rows of rolling elements within the same bearing, providing a larger load-supporting area. For example, a single-row deep groove ball bearing has one row of balls, whereas a double-row deep groove ball bearing has two rows of balls. Compared with single-row bearings, double-row bearings generally offer higher load capacity and greater rigidity, making them more suitable for heavier-duty applications; however, due to increased contact surfaces, they usually generate more friction and therefore have a lower maximum speed capability than similar single-row bearings.

Stainless steel bearings are recommended for applications exposed to moisture, humidity, water, chemicals, or corrosive environments where standard steel bearings may rust. They are widely used in food processing, medical devices, marine equipment, and outdoor machinery. They offer excellent corrosion resistance but usually cost more.

Ceramic bearings are widely used because of their high-speed capability, low friction, excellent wear and corrosion resistance, strong performance in high-temperature environments, and electrical insulation properties.

FAQS for Gear Coupling

Q1. What types of misalignment can gear couplings accommodate?

Gear couplings can accommodate:

  • Angular misalignment
  • Parallel (offset) misalignment
  • Axial displacement (end float)

They are widely used in steel mills, mining equipment, conveyors, pumps, compressors, power plants, and heavy-duty industrial machinery.

Gear couplings are designed for high torque and heavy-duty applications, while flexible couplings (like jaw or elastomer couplings) are usually used for lighter loads and require less maintenance.

Selection depends on:

  • torque and power
  • shaft size
  • speed (RPM)
  • misalignment conditions
  • working environment
  • lubrication method
